Cancellation by Vishwakarma
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances including:
- Product quantity limitations
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Credit department limitations
For perishable items, delivery is attempted only once. No refunds are possible if delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

Cancellation by Customer
- Cancelled orders will be refunded after deducting a 3% processing fee
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
- No refunds possible after work has begun or order is dispatched

Note: As all our products are personalized, we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

- Additional delivery charges apply for returned parcels due to incorrect address information
- We verify all provided information and may reject requests with incorrect details
Product Complaints
- Defective products require an unboxing video for verification
- Replacements take 10-15 days after receiving the returned product
- No returns accepted for used, tampered, or damaged packaging
